Questionare there any editorial decisions that you made or ideas that you've contributed that you're really proud of? are there any rewrites you've had to do that you were particularly happy with? Answer

Well, sure, but part of that process is that any ideas i throw into the mix are all about the story—and the story is the providence of the creative team. This is why one of the things I teach the younger editors is; Creators get the credit, Editors get the blame.

So any such ideas that I might have provided should by right be credited to the creators who told those stories. They are, after all, the ones who brought them to life.
